Donor Tree for The Public’s Radio, RI

We were honored to take part in The Public’s Radio’s 2018 fundraising event, Sound and Vision.  Our contributions included a steel tree on a wooden base that was fully disassemblable so that it could be quickly moved.  Its first location was at The Steel Yard in Providence, where we put on an iron casting performance where workers cast leaves that had been decorated by donors or were adorned with their names, and hung them on the tree.  It was then disassembled, packed, and reassembled at The Waterfire Arts Center where it was displayed during a second multimedia event.
