Olneyville Aluminum Windows
As part of a residential retrofit of a mill building in Olneyville, Providence, the developer wanted the existing rotting steel windows replaced. Twelve 6’ x 6’ locations were cut into the brick to receive new aluminum custom-fabricated windows. These windows were very custom, as the openings varied in size and shape. The project also included a large fully-glazed door with panic hardware.

All welded areas had a high degree of surface preparation prior to painting with a duplex paint system.

Super custom "landing area" for stock panic hardware.

Custom aluminum stops were fabricated to hold in the glass. As you can see by the codes, each one goes in a specific spot.
